Adv. (CPA) Galit Israeli, partner, holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, a bachelor’s degree in law, and a master’s degree in business administration – specialization in taxes.

Head of Israeli taxation. Galit served for about 11 years as the coordinator of the corporate division of two leading tax assessment offices- Gush Dan and Kfar Saba. As part of her position, Galit handled the cases of some of the largest and leading companies in the market.

As part of her position, Galit led significant cases that dealt with different and diverse tax areas, including: international taxation in aspects of tax treaties, exemptions, foreign tax credits, new immigrants and returning residents, business model restructuring, transfer pricing, taxation of trusts, the law for the encouragement of capital investments, Complex capital gain transactions, Israeli taxation of companies and individuals, approvals of requests for exemption from withholding tax as well as approvals of money transfers abroad, approvals of offsetting losses for appreciation tax, and more.

Galit has been a lecturer at Reichman University in the Department of Accounting for about 15 years, and previously served as a lecturer in the course of inspectors at the Tax Authority.
