Adv. Ziv Sharon, Founding Partner:   LL.M. (summa cum laude), LL.B. (cum laude). One of the outstanding lawyers in tax law in Israel. A well-known reputed expert for his professionalism and creative thinking. Also known due to his determination to provide optimal, unique tax solutions for his clients in the diverse aspects of taxation. Ziv Sharon is ranked by many local and international guides as a leading lawyer in his field. He is listed on the “Hall of Fame” list of lawyers of the Legal 500 and was selected by the financial newspaper “Globes” as one of the four leading lawyers in the tax area in Israel.

Ziv was chosen by “Chambers and partners ranking guide” as one of the leading tax lawyers in Israel (Tier 1).

Ziv started out his professional path as an intern with the late Dr. Avi Alter, who was one of the pioneers of the tax niche in Israel. He quickly became the senior and exclusive partner of the late Dr. Alter (1995- 2007). He subsequently became a senior partner in the Alter firm (2007- 2010). In 2010, Ziv Sharon left the Alter firm and established an independent boutique firm: Ziv Sharon and Co. Law Office. Senior officials from the tax authorities joined the firm.

Ziv lectures extensively and is engaged in public taxation activities, he has served as Co- Chairman of the National Tax Committee of the Israel Bar Association, and by virtue of his position, was entrusted with the relationship with the Knesset (Parliament), Government and Tax Authority. He has published hundreds of academic publications as well in the context of the business press. He is one of the authors of the books, “The Real Estate Tax Reform” (2002) and “Stamp Tax” (2005).
